1.4 “Services” refers collectively to coaching, consulting, advisory, group, and educational services, including but not limited to: change coaching; life and professional coaching; change management advising; leadership development; personal growth support; work/life balance coaching; group coaching programs; workshops; online courses and digital programs; educational materials, tools, articles, PDFs, diagrams, and resources; and any other services offered now or in the future by SY NorthStar.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE & SERVICES
The Site provides information about SY NorthStar, its coaching and consulting philosophy, services, resources, and contact opportunities. The Site may also include educational articles, downloadable materials, blog content, and scheduling or payment features. All Services and content are subject to change without notice.

The Company provides coaching, consulting, advisory, group, and educational services. These Services do NOT constitute therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal or financial advice, HR/employment advice, or any regulated professional service. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, changes, achievements, or transformations through the use of our Services or content.
