Meet Shannon

My Journey to Coaching

My path has led me through corporations, public service, and non-profit work — leading teams, guiding projects, and navigating change on every level.

But the real map of my life is written in meaningful work, quiet trails, and moments of deep connection.

One hold at a time -- that’s how we move through change

For years, I followed what the world told me mattered: achievement, status, success. It looked right on paper — but inside, I felt lost, exhausted, and quietly wondering,

Is this all there is?

Eventually, I chose to step away. Over the next few years, I began reconnecting with what truly mattered — my values, the people I love, and the places that restore me. In nature, I returned to what lit me up: hiking, climbing, and seeing the world through my camera lens. Those years taught me that transformation doesn’t happen in leaps — it happens in presence, trust, and the next steady step.

That’s how coaching found me — through lived experience and deep listening. I believe coaching is a space to come home to yourself, to rediscover what’s real and true beneath all the noise.

Today, I work with women who have spent years leading, building, or caring for others — and now find themselves at a crossroads. Whether stepping into something new, leaving something behind, or rediscovering themselves after burnout or transition, we create space to realign with what matters most, so you can move forward with clarity, ease, and freedom.

I get you and I see you.

You don’t have to navigate your next chapter alone.
